Attached is the PTO funding application. Please read the following guidelines and important information before you fill out your form. Be sure to submit your requests before the funding deadline that best supports your project / need.
Who can apply for PTO funds?
- Classroom Teachers
- Specials Teachers
- Administrators
- Library
- Resource Teachers
How much funding can be requested?
PTO asks that the minimum be $100. Smaller amounts should use classroom or department funding, or the annual PTO gifting. Applicants or proxy must attend the PTO meeting so that the members can have an opportunity to hear about your project/need in more detail.
When will applications be accepted?
PTO will make funding decisions for these applications at monthly PTO meetings. Please submit your application at least three days before the meeting. You must be present or have a proxy staff member present on your behalf in order for your application to be considered and voted on.
If you have an emergency need outside of the monthly PTO meeting, please ask.
